At Vimeo, the caption says: My graduation project. I wanted to create something that would not only be fun to watch, but also tell a bit more about the process of animating. Sometimes your ideas and creations seem to have a mind of their own, and although this might actually be a good thing, you just get frustrated because it gets further and further away from your original plan... I animated the whole thing in Toonboom first, then printed everything and cut out a large part. Then, using stop-motion technique, I re-created the animation again. This allowed for me to show a bit of the huge amount of work that goes into animating and it gave me a way to make the animator's presence a bit more tangible. I hope you will enjoy this one!
